Alright, so this july I leave to Romania for about a month and I wish to have my 3DS with me so I can play some Monster Hunter Generations over the duration of the trip. However, I am aware that the voltage in America is 110v and in Romania it's 220v. I don't want to fry my 3ds, and I am unaware of what I need to do.

Buy a European charger. As far as hardware, the 3DSes are the same. It's the charger that matters.
