Hardware Korean Font on American region 3DS?

So I tried the Sun Moon Demo and noticed that the game has Korean as a select-able language?
But I always thought Korean wasn't available on NA region 3DS consoles. Is there any other games I can play in Korean? Is there anyway to add Korean as a system font? Is it possible to switch my region to Korea?
