In reality, no. Genesis plus GX has no plan for 32X developement, and no other emulator comes close to it. Until a pico drive or Gens plus core emulator is made, is not possible yet. But perhaps on android, you can.

...couldn't you put the 32x files on +GX? I'm pretty sure I played this in the last couple years. I remember how pissed I was dragging Charmy Bee while Mighty looked like a slower combo of Sonic and Kunckles.

If retro arch has pico drive core, it should play 32x games, at least it does on my android. But Genesis plus gx doesn't for a fact. I have used that emulator to death. Is pretty godlike emulator with %100 accuracy on all systems it emulates with only issue maybe the sound in some games Like Toejam & earl 2 or sonic games.

that is a fake ass video lol dosbox running windows runs it at slow motion let alone an emulator lol, there is a reason why this was never released anywhere, it just doesnt work and its a fake video.
yeah full speed windows 98 ... when windows 95 is like slowmotion on dosbox ... and he keeps making fake videos like playing doom 2 on n64 "ported from the pc" lol you can clearly tell that isnt an n64 game, he also made videos of philips cdi and 4d0 running full speed on wii with dosbox through windows 98 lolol.
