Gaming Is there a smash mod that unlocks all custom moves?

For the purpose of doing weeklies at our local scene with custom moves, we would need to have all of our wii u with all custom moves unlocked. I found some mods that can ease the process of acquiring custom moves (thanks to smash4command), but none that outright unlocks them all at once.

Is there any? Would that be doable?

None that I know of. You can use saviine to put a 100% save on your Wii U so you would have every custom move. But I don't know of a mod or cheat that allows you to do that. Only a save
