Hardware is there a chance to buy new 2d's with lower than 9.3 firmware these days?

There is a sale going on this saturday for 2ds's non bundled, is there a good chance ill get one under 9x firmware or not really?

I ended up with a seafoam green 2ds preinstalled mariokart 7 from Toys R us.

Firmware is 8.1.19U and has a browser thankfully..

He needs less then 9.3, as in 9.2 or lower.
As for the op's question try the old 3DS XL, I hear they stopped making them before 9.3 released.

Don't know about Burma, but all new 2ds's in the US are < 9.2 with the exception of the yo-kai bundle.
A recent MK7 2ds purchase at Target was 6.0.

Ended up buying a used NES edition 3ds XL with 2 games for cheaper than the 2ds price, lol.

I ended up selling the 3ds xl, because it cramped by large hands, hard to mario kart and smash bros efficiently.

I just got this exact same thing from toys r us, same price too. I live in sauga. Same firmware as noted above.
