Hardware Is "Stability" a part of Nintendo's warranty?

My New 3DS XL is sometimes freezing, can i get a replacement? I have a New Nintendo 3DS XL "Hyrule Edition", and i want to keep the "Hyrule Edition"...

(Even if i have/had sighax? I can remove it, right?)

Ok... But what worries me is that i have a Hyrule Edition... I dont think they have these anymore, and i dont think they will replace the mobo....

They can replace the board, reinstall system or who knows what, but those special editions are tricky. They have them in stock(they always have them) so yeah. Erase every trace of sighax and hope for the best

Honestly if it's still under warranty you can just send it in for repairs, there's an app called Kecleon that can mask homebrew's presence so you don't need to remove sighax.

Okay, I just checked for the app. It's a patch for luma and it's actually called Kecleon so it should work to hide any traces of cfw from Nintendo although idk if they'll let that pokemon ban slide
