Hardware Is my memory card a goner?

Months ago I bought Zero Escape and every time I played it, it would crash randomly. Now I installed Adrenaline and it crashes randomly too. I tried running a dump and it crashed. Is my memory card saying goodbye or is it possible my Vita is going out of commission? I'm worried because I'm planning to buy a 64 gb memory card and it might be a waste if my Vita is going to heaven.

Zero Escape was in a cartridge. Other cartridges before didn't have issues.
