Hardware is it worth it to get an Xbox One S?

I can get one for $300 on Amazon now. I have a 4k tv, and this seems to be one of the better options for 4K media including Netflix and Bluray UHD. Thing is, I already have sizeable Nintendo and PC libraries, though i don't play that much PC. I'm a little worried i would be picking one up only for it to be just collecting dust. Are the exclusives worth it? or should in just wait and see if the One X launch makes the S drop further in price?

I can advise you get a one X not the s. The X had amazing graphics
