Homebrew Is it possible to copy a save from a physical game and use it for a digital one?

But to clarify for op, you can run patches with a cart copy, tools like Hans or ntr can redirect the rom access to the sd card , these methods do not modify the cart, they simply force the 3ds to look elsewhere for the games assets

There is a tread answering this somewhere in this site.
You can find it by searching card 1 to card 2 i think or cart to CIA save. (I have not used it in a long while so I don't remember the tread name.)
i just backed up from the cart using jksm and took the game out and then restored it to the title version. worked fine for me (at least for dk3d and mk7)

Just a question, why do most people use JKSM when FBI can do it too and probably everyone on CFW has it? Does it offer anything extra/better?
