Hacking Is is possible to run a GC backup game with the official MIOS of the Wii system?

My Wii is a D2C Wii, soft-modded only.

It is, but AFAIK only if you hardmod it. I have a Wiikey 2 in mine and it works fine. Just find some modchip that has D2C and GC game support and you should be fine. If it's softmodded anyway though, what's the problem with replacing the MIOS? cMIOS or Dios Mios both work great (although I can't get Rayman 3 to work with Dios Mios installed).

Is there any flaws for cMIOS on Wii?

I honestly don't really know, but I have had it installed for some time and I didn't seem to have any issues. Besides, you can always go back to the original if it breaks compatibility with some game.
