Did he restored his backup from 9.2 before ctrtransfer? In that case reinstalling tickets shouldn't be neccessary. The backed up tickets are mostly for the case if you have no backup and need to get to 9.2 with ctrtransfer, as ctrtransfer doesn't keep any ticket afaik, but don't quote me on that, I'm not completely sure about these ctrtransfer things

Anyways, he accidentally erased and corrupted his NANDmin.bin for 9.2.0 from 2.1.0

That's why we had to do the 9.2.0 ctrtransfer.
