Hacking install Hermes cios 222/223

Hello to all,
I want to install Hermes cios 222/223 to use USB, fat, and other thing.

I've an European softmodded wii v4.1

Read something about and have some question:
- with 1624 free blocks is there enought space to istall ?
- find different way to install, can you suggest best way ?
- these file overwrite existing ones on my Wii ?

for fat compatability use rev 4 of the 222/223

u can install these with 0 free blocks (IOS slots not included in free block space calculation)

u can install these using either hermes v4 installer, or check out xzxero's simplistic mod (stickied in this thread) and install the ios's using a wad manager

I recommend the following for USB loading:
cIOS222[38+37]-v4.wad
cIOS223[38]-v4.wad

so in xzxero 'pack' i found .wad and install with wad manager 1.5. can be right way?

longtom1 i install from package you suggest.

following one guide I found, proceed to install :
- cios 222 with ios38 merged with ios37
- cios 223 with ios38 merged with ios60

did, but without understand difference between varius alternatives...

With this scenario, i can use now :
- FAT partition ?
- second usb for usb instruments ?
- try to boot 'monster hunter tri' ?
