Afew months back I had my Wii modded/hacked to play games off the USB HDD, last week I finally bought a WiiU and I want to transfer my Wii Store purchases over. Now to my understanding of everything to stay on the safe side (before doing anything) I should backup my Wii settings and apps to SD (using something like BootMii) and go from there.
When I started looking on my Homebrew channel I couldn't work out how to run/execute a file from my SD
and when I pressed the home button it showed BootMii in there
but when I pressed it all my Wii did was flash the blue LED in the DVD drive and sit there with a blank screen.
I've looked at alot of the how-tos and FAQs and I can't make heads or tails of it
I was hoping somebody could help me please
Please note I didn't actually hack my Wii I payed a bloke $25 to do it. Don't get me wrong it works like a charm but I have bought close to $300 of games on the Wii Store.
