I need help

(I tried my best to make it understandable, however my English is kinda messy when I'm worried and tired at the same time, sorry)
Hi guys

I'm really sorry, I guess I posted it to the wrong place, but I always forget how to ask here ^^"

But I'm panicking.

Two days ago, I could use my drawing table just fine.
Now my laptop doesn't recognise anything.

It charges my phone, but nothing else.

I downloaded DriverDoc, and it should do the work, but it needs a Product Key.

I have searched everywhere - I need a 25 letter code, and every code I found had 20 letters.

if youre asking for a product key, im fairly certain thats not allowed here. But maybe we can help you if you can provide some details such as:

• what have you changed on the device since the error occurred
• What OS are you running
• Have you dropped, banged, etc'd the device in the past few days?
• i dont know more necessary details
