I got an R4 yesterday which initially worked but I was an idiot and formatted it when I was trying to get new games, I wanted to delete the games already on it and ended up wiping everything. I remember the screen when it was first turned on looking similar to this minus the mac logo.
I tried looking up tutorials on how to set it up but no matter what I do, I get this screen:

Now I bought it at a flea market and am not even sure if it's real or a copy. There's a pic of my R4 below, the website says "WWW.R4I-DSHC.COM" which doesn't appear to be real. However, it was working when I bought it so I know there has to be a way to get it working again.

My main question is does anyone know what I have to download to it? I'm new to this and have no clue which update will work. I already asked and was told to download wood 1.62 but that didn't seem to work. Could anyone possible identify what r4 I have or what exact kernel will work?
I don't know how relevant this is but this is what the micro sd card looked like. Hopefully someone has an answer!
