I'm using a $200MX Points card for use with PokéBank (welp)
But i can't add it because keep saying me: "The code you entered could not be recognized. Please check the info. and try again." I've tried a lot of times, and still. duh. Also i tried to add it in any game or in eShop and still i can't.
My 3DS is New 3DS XL 11.4 with Luma3DS. Any solution?

Is the code for the same country/region as your shop account?

(At least here in Europe, game codes are usable all over the European region, but that's not always true for credit codes at least from what I've heard)

"Verify that you are entering the number correctly. Try similar numbers when entering the code. (A 5 might look like a G or an S.)"

Did you buy the code at a physical retailer or an online seller?
If physical retailer, maybe the code wasn't activated at the cashier. Try going to the store to check it.
If online seller, maybe the seller sent you an used code by mistake, try contacting them to replace. Experience may vary, I've had problems with JPN PSN codes in Brazil and the seller helped me when they detected that in fact they worked with a borked spreadsheet.
EDIT: In case of online sellers, if they sent you a typed code instead of scan/photo of the code in the card maybe they had done a typo.

Something that I've found in nintendo site.
"
  • Select "Scan QR Code." View the QR Code located on the back of the Nintendo eShop card on the upper screen so that it is within the frame."
Do your prepaid card have a QR code?

This is the card from México.
This may be stupid, but is a question that is begged to be asked, those cards (for all services) normally have 2 codes. The activation one, that normally is always shown. This one is the one that the cashier will scan or type.
And another one, that's hidden by a scratch-able cover, you must scratch it to have access to the actual code.
Did you scratch the card, right?
