well they would not shut it down they would just patch it like make an eshop update and also update the servers so purchases are tied to nintedo id instead of console

Well, if you really want something like that, why don't you create a .3DS freeShop and set up the servers to host the .3DS ROMs?

cost of running servers and it would get taken down that site does not have the roms and cias on it itself people post mega links etc to the games problem with that though is you can get virus i opened some files from their and they were exe files
