NBAHomepass is more easy and work very good
No, it didn't. The only method to date which has worked was Windows XP with a Nintendo WiFi USB Connector, but Windows likes to every so often pretend that USB devices have "malfunctioned" and refuses to recognize them like a fundie with global warming.
Here, find a method for this thing:
I use Windows 8.1
I use NBAHomepass with USB Wifi and work perfect, windows make a virtual device and made homepass
I never try on Windows XP cant help in those system
I have found a problem in RhyzHomepass with the version I uploaded. The MACs folder is very short of all the Mac addresses I have, I uploaded the MACs I was using for testing. I have added plenty more real world MACs. Sorry! Please re download here!
Cant download those macs
Not to sure what went wrong there, try clicking now
Now link work perfect
Time to try new macs
Hi there. I recently bought a new PC without an internal Wi-Fi card. I used NBA Homepass on my old laptop before and it worked most of the time. Now I bought an USB Wi-Fi stick for my new PC but after starting NBA Homepass I get the message "Virtual wifi adapter not found!".
I believe that is a problem with your Wi-Fi stick driver. Reinstalling will probably fix it. Google would also probably be a big help for this problem
I tried it however the program always stops in the middle of installing. How can I completely remove the old drivers. I removed them in the device manager but after that the drivers are still there when I use the stick again.
That is the only way I know of to remove drivers, the drivers are probably getting reinstalled when you plug the Wi-Fi stick back in by Windows. I'm not too sure sorry, Google is probably your best bet.
Rhyzpass 2.0 finds my adaptor, I have the updated Macs folder in the rhyzpass folder, but the program returns the error: Error. Cannot Open NZ@McD.txt File, Please Check it Exists and is in Correct Directory
My folder structure is thus: C:\Homepass\RhyzHomepass\Macs
I have tried it with the RhyzHomepass DIR on C: root but still causes an issue
Put the mac folder in same folder
Mine is C:\RhyzHomepass inside this folder macs folder and programs
Work very good this
As is mine, or do you mean the *.txt files go into the Rhyzpass folder?
EDIT: In either case this did not work
EDIT2: not sure why, but a reboot fixed it right up. Thanks!
Edit 3: I'm using a USB wifi dongle. The macshift works, the 3ds test hosted network works as well on the 3ds. Now I'm waiting for StreetPass passes to show up
Here's the dongle : EDUP Wifi Adapter 300Mbps Wireless N Adapter 2.4GHz Wifi Usb with High Gain External Antenna for Windows 10/8.1/8/7/XP/Vista/Mac OS10.6-10.12- Install https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KV9TQXM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_ZNgeqHvRx26ud
Text files with macs inside in Mac folder
You can use too NBAHomepass at today work fine too
Oddly, NBAHomepass didn't work until I added virtual router manager. After that I get a streetpass every cycle.
Hey Rhyz, are you still going on this?
The links are dead on your page, could you re-upload them?
NBAHomepass work me fine with wiffi usb (windows make a virtual wiffi with same usb adapter)
Well i gave up on the Windows approach and got myself a TL-MR3020 and already have put DD-WRT.
I've got everything ready the only exception is when i try to execute nzone.sh... it doesn't find it
"/bin/sh: eval: line 1: /tmp/nzone.sh: not found"
- open a Telnet/SSH client and execute
wget -O /tmp/nzone.sh http://nintendozone.dynu.net/install; chmod +x /tmp/nzone.sh; /tmp/nzone.sh BASE16,GBATEMP
(alternatively you can do this in a DD-WRT WEB GUI Administration - Commands or WL500G WEB GUI Setup - System Command)
i've tried both via Telnet and via GUI. Can someone give me some pointers?
EDIT: Just to let you know that the manual change works perfectly! as soon as i've done the change, i've got some hits.
But the other issue i still require help with. It seems to not get any output from DDWRT
