I want to fetch play status displayed in the webpage ,
    Is it possible ?

Currently I know that the Nintendo Switch Parental Controls ™ mobile app can get status, but needs to be tied to the host,
However, it can not be displayed on the web page

You could use the mobile parental controls app.

If you have some developer knowledge you could always extract the App and see how it works. That way you could see what API is used and write some script that does exactly that what you want.

Or even listen on the same network to analyze the get/post requests.

I tried to use charles, but all APIs require a certificate in the NS to access.Probably the only thing that is via APP now

Do you have an Android? I bet you can find the certificates in the App over there.
