How much would a good PC Fan cost?

So? Doesn't mean he can't learn. Anyone who's ever built a PC knows it's not terribly complicated.

Actually someone at another forum I went to linked me to a program called ATITools. Turns out the fans would not turn on even though they were plugged in. With that program, I was able to turn them on at 100%. With the fans working I tried the game out and it worked without shutting down!

Still going to get a new computer though, it's still aggrivating.
