Homebrew how do you encrypt title keys

so if a game does not have an encrypted tilte key how do i encrypt it my self

Place DecTitleKeys.bin on your SD card, start Decypt9WIP
select Titlekey Options > Titlekey Encrypt (file), press 'A' twice
when done, press 'B' then hold left on the dpad and press start to power off.
The EncTitleKeys.bin file on your SD card contains the Encrypted TitleKeys.

problem is the one on title key site has to many titles on it and i only want to encrypt the ones that have no encrypted title key so they can be downloaded

That's why there's a big link that says Download only titles without encrypted title keys

just use the freeshop and search your game on there?
