Hacking How do I deal with PS3 games that have files over 4GB after extracting iso?

I have newest CFW and webman installed.

Less cables the better, Id like to use my external NTFS if thats possible or any kind of wifi connection.

Use split4g which "splits" files larger than 4gig into fragments then you can copy to any storage media supported by the ps3.

or use FTP to transfer files bigger than 4GB to the internal HDD.
don't use wifi, it will be slow. to get faster FTP transfer rate, don't even go through your router, but connect both PC and PS3 in direct ethernet cable. but, you said "less cable the better" so wifi will be slow.

or use split4G to split the file, then use homebrew (or MultiMan) to automatically unsplit the files when copying to internal hdd, it will be faster.

or use NTFS to do the copy to internal and don't split it at all.
