I have a Japanese N3DS LL and I am running Arm9loaderhax + Luma. When I tried to play the English version of Zelda triforce heros online, the game didn't let me connect to the internet which I found it is because it doesn't match the 3ds region. CIA was downloaded using free shop. Is there any workaround for this? My main concern about this is the upcoming Mario maker which I need to be English and online..
It's about EULA, you have accepted the EULA for your region but not the others. Problem is that you can't acces (in theory) other region's EULA.
There is a way.
I used a method which worked (metroid USA online on EU n3ds)
