Hi Guys i installed today with the help from a Tutorial the Homebrew Launcher / Soundhax
I did every step, which the Guy showed in the Video

It doesn't matter, soundhax was patched on Old3DS and New3DS on 11.4

If you have a copy of Cubic Ninja, you can use Ninjahax

OoT hax works on 11.4 (but you MUST have a way to run homebrew to install it 1st, like a OoT cart and a 2nd 3ds that can homebrew)

I think it needs CFW on anything higher than 9.2. It might work with safehax or whatever.

unless they are planning on wanting cfw on their system this is useless to the point. Homebrew is able to be used on 11.4 systems which is what it looks like they are trying to get in place.

The first part of the tutorial is basically just to get homebrew access. So it is useful my friend. It explains a really easy way to acces homebrew channel and is up to you if you wanna insta cfw or just use hb
