Homebrew Help With Wii USB Helper on Hombrew.

I think I might of accidentally deleted something I need in the install folder on my SD card cause currently the only files in the install folder are the games I'm trying to put on my system.

When I try to install the games from the USB Helper on my computer I get the following message.

Error: MCP_InstallGetInfo 0xFFFBF3E2
Confirm complete WUP files are in the folder. Try power down.

Any help? Am I just missing files?
