ROM Hack [Help] Restoring data after downgrade

So I was looking for help w/ downgrading earlier from 11.4 to 11.3, and the people who did help me did not mention backing up tickets to restore and idc even about the games, but I don't want to lose any of my save data.

Is there any way to save my save data at this point or is it too late? I have a hundreds of hours of gameplay and I think I'd rather just give up and play something other than 3ds if I can't restore this at all.

Is there anything I can do at this point or am I completely screwed?

First of all, wrong section, second of all, try reinstalling the games using freeShop and see if your saves are still there

Do you know which section would be better?

and there's no install option for the games on the free shop. Since it's already on my sd card, it only has a trash can (I figured I'd try deleting the game and then reinstalling it, but when you click the trash can it goes "do you want to delete all data for this game including save data" so of course I said no)

If you didnt backup your saves prior you're SOL.

The 3dshacks discord said you can do it, but they can't discuss illegal programs, so they wouldn't tell me anything more than they couldn't discuss illegal programs

Try using FBI to install tickets from that title key site

Sorry for being completely dumb here, but where in FBI would I go to do that (I do have the site you mentioned handy, so I could at least do that much)

Just select QR Code install

Ah okay, thanks. I didn't see the option for a qr code. Just saw the text for the keys.

This file is half installed, so gonna let it finish first (in FBI I found the game title for one idc about the save since i'm not far into the game. Delete title was an option then delete title and title key. I selected the first option and deleted the game and am redownloading via free shop and seeing if I still have the save file to that game)

Edit: Nope, that definitely deleted my save data. Glad I picked a game I wasn't far in. Gonna try that qr code thing now

Just select QR Code install

No luck. At least the title key site I have doesn't support FBI scanning. It supports freeshop scanning (which I just think adds the game to your freeshop lists, assuming it's not already selectable/searchable)

Then I have the same problem of the trash can being there instead of the install button

Try using decrypt9 to inject encTitleKeys.bin

I followed this guide, or attempted to anyways, to downgrade

Also just tried reinstalling ticket for shovel knight from FBI and it brought back the game, but not my data. (I just did one specific ticket, because I don't want to plunge and make a decision that will affect all my games until I know I have something that'll work)
