Homebrew HELP - N3DSxl with boot9strap - sys 11.5.0-38E

Hallo, I have been looking aroung but I did not find a solution.

I had a New3ds with CFW.

I followed the guide to update LUMA and B9S and I did it.

I updated the 3DS to SYS 11.5.0-38E

Now I cant find anymore the HOMEBREW Launcher.

How can I install it back?

your hblauncher cia went missing?

install it on the root of your sd card and use rosalina and fbi to install it

I dont have the HBL and the FBI icon anymore and I need to reinstall HBL

ok can you open download play and then press L + Down + select at the same time and select miscellaneous options and then ''switch the hb. title to hblauncher_loader'' and close the app and reopen?

If you have the latest Luma, go to 3ds.guide and follow the "Finalizing Setup" section to install FBI using Rosalina.

Grab the latest boot.3dsx file from here: https://github.com/fincs/new-hbmenu/releases
Drop it in the root of your SD card, replacing the existing one if you have it
Turn on the 3DS and launch an app you don't use (I suggest H&S, AR Games or Download Play)
Bring up Rosalina menu with L+Down+SELECT
Go to Miscellaneous options...
Select "Switch the hb. title to the current app"
Close Rosalina menu and exit from the app you launched
Done, now when you launch that app it will launch HBL instead

It said "Switch the hb. title to hblauncher_loader" when you selected it? If so do everything again and the option will change to "Switch the hb. title to the current app"

Great I was able to open HBL. How do I install FBI?

I followed the guide to install FBI...I see it in HBl and i click on it but the console hungs and I have to reboot it.

So you launch the .3dsx version of FBI and it doesn't start? Strange...
Try this:
Go to https://3ds.guide/godmode9-usage at the section "Injectin any .CIA app into Health & Safety"
Use that paragraph to inject the .CIA version of FBI into H&S
Then use that injected FBI to install the .CIA of FBI normally
At last, follow the next paragrapth of the page above, "Restoring Health & Safety app after injecting a .CIA app" to restore H&S (duh)

Hi all,

I hope anyone can help. The keycombo to open the rosalina menu doesn't respond. Everything else seem to have worked. 11.5.0
I'm on Luma 8.1.1 and sys 11.5.0-38E

What am i doing wrong, or how can i get rosalina to work?

Update: I've downloaded a modified boot.firm with alternate keycombo and it's working.
