Download Godmode9 to your payloads folder in the luma folder and name it something like up_Godmode9.bin. Turn on your 3DS while holding up and navigate to the SD card. Press Y on arm9loaderhax.bin on the root and press b to go back to the main menu. Go into CTRNAND and press y and click "Copy path(s)".
or use fbi to copy and paste it to ctr nand

well I got the exact same problem this morning, when I tried to turn on my N3DS XL 11.2 Luma+a9lh and the micro-sd was 32GB sandisk extreme.
what I did to fix it was to delete arm9loaderhax.bin from the root of my micro-sd,delete luma config and delete home menu extdata.
I downloaded the latest commit of luma and placed the new arm9loaderhax.bin to the root. It booted normally,I set up Luma again and everything is ok now
I really hope your card or your sd card slot are not faulty and won't happen again

Not saying you did but in the future:
1. Never take the SD card out while the DS is on
2. Never remove the SD card from the PC without ejecting first.
3. Always buy SD cards from reputable sellers, a $10 128GB Micro on Amazon just screams fake.
