what are some methods for extracting a savefile from the ARDS? also is there anyway for me to view the inside of the ARDS thing?

By ARDS do you mean Action Replay DS?

You can't.

im sure there is a way because i have read there is a way to fix it, you need ARDS.

Action Replay DS does not store Save files, it just changes variables within the games. o.o;;;
