Gaming Help me about the stream quality using OBS Studio

Can help me about the stream quality like this? I use OBS Studio to livestream my gameplay of Sonic 4 Episode 2 using my HP Pavilion 15-p032tx laptop and the stream is like this below. The gameplay in my view using my laptop is fine and runs on 60fps.
