Hardware Have Japanese 3DSs received 10.4?

if I have a Japanese 3DS, try to downgrade it to 9.2, get a soft brick, and reinstall FW in recovery mode, will I get 10.3 and another shot at it, or 10.4?

10.4 is out for jp 3ds.
So if you update you will have a 10.4 System.

If you really want to be cautious. Get a hardmod and flash back to 10.3 id it fails.

But you can try it anyway since the brick chances are low. Or if you own a gateway wait for the Gateway Downgrade thing then you are able to downgrade on a complete safe way
