Hacking Has anyone had a sign in to PSN problem with their Vita before?(After restoring their system)

What I mean is this.

For whatever reason you restored your vita system with the intention of getting rid of your Vitas Linked account. Yet after you restored it you are NOT allowed to sign into PSN with an existing account. Instead it just forces you to sign UP YET when you do sign up it wont allow you to make a new psn account due to an error!

Has anyone come across this before?

The error code is: NP-2068-6

I mean THAT code! Has anyone come across it before and was unable to fix it?

I'm asking since I found a solution to said problem yet I'm curious as to whether its already been found.

did you format the memory card as well

i think you need to sign in to the ID that linked on the memory card as the memory card is linked to the ID as well when you linked the ID to the vita
vita memory card can only be linked to one ID at at time
