Homebrew HANS as CIA ?

Since i already have ctrBootManager as boot.3dsx for coldboot ,it would be really nice to see a .cia of HANS

(Since it's pretty freaking useful for rom-hacks , language change etc...)

Why would you need HANS on =< 9.2 though? You can already do everything it does, I think.

HANS is genuinely more impressive than 3DS Homebrew itself.
I hope it gets turned into a .cia for 9.2 and under users.

Just dump the code and make one yourself. I think devkitarm has a tool to get the code from a 3dsx.

Yeah, which is every single console under 9.2. If you are under 9.2 and can run HANS, you can run NTR
