Just thought I'd share..... with a list of a few others, AXIWRAM has indeed been dumped perfectly by me and the testing of others!! Meaning YES SOON mset for cfw on 8.1 will be a thing! I have to find time to complete the rest. but Right now I have bigger and a better project that needs me. Sorry, but there's your update. Enjoy.

I understand you refer to the AXI WRAM section of the ARM11 memory containing the ARM11 kernel. May I ask if the AXI WRAM located in ARM9 memory region was dumped too?

No need, yet* once I get mine back I'll be "exploring" it and we'll yeah but only arm11 for now.

I thought the main problem was that cubic ninja (and potentially oot) are the only entry points? How will you install mset without cubic ninja? And if you have cubic ninja, you might as well upgrade to 9.2.

DS flashcard I presume. (although it's not an exploitable mset lol)

Already covered ;) I won't say just yet but it's very helpful let's say :) and no additional hardware needed.

has anyone tried the downgrade method? 0004001000020900.cia's integrity keeps failing with safesysupdater. same package file i used to update my 8.1.0-0J to 9.1.0-20J that i got from THAT iso site.

what is 0004001000020900.cia? and did the safesysupdater author just mess up with his CRC checker or is that .cia really corrupted?

gonna necro this, but @Plailect has a 9.2J package in his github wiki which contains 102 files. the regular package we used here is 101 which gives 9.1J, and we had to remove 1 file too. Plailect also said in reddit that he removed that one file that bricks, so that means his package is up by 2 files that were not in the 9.1J package that we used to use. can anyone check what was changed in his package, and if it's really 9.2?

ok I looked into it, the N3DS 9.2J package by @Plailect is majorly different in fact, what the hell.
Compared to "our" N3DS 9.2J package:
- Files with different checksum/MD5:
0004001000020900.cia
0004003000008202.cia
000400300000C602.cia
0004009B00012202.cia
000400DB00010502.cia
000400DB00017202.cia
000400DB20016202.cia
0004013000001502.cia
0004013000002802.cia
0004013000002C02.cia
0004013000003302.cia
0004013000003402.cia
0004013000003502.cia
0004013000008002.cia
0004013020001602.cia
0004013020004002.cia

- new files not present in our package (!):
0004009B00010402.cia
0004001B00010802.cia

I have no clue where he got his package from but wow.

i thought they got the updates from game carts... no?
a cia can still be the same and legit, but the ticket/tmd can be a little different - so sure the hash would not be the same.
downloading from cdn would get you a different ticket i guess compared to the tickets in the cias that are in the game carts.
and i think the ticket on cdn gets updated sometimes, it doesn't matter if you use the first version of a ticket of the latest version - with version of the contents.
the cia can still be legit :)

not too hard to check really if you wanted to look at the cias
