Anyone here know the rules of online shopping in Europe?

I'm from Portugal, and was ordering a gateway in a Spanish site(myconsola.com) , but never got to make the payment.


And today got an order with the gateway cards from them. 'The hell do I do?

Will them ask me to return it? How much time they have to do it?

Try sending them a polite message explaining the situation, I suppose, and go from there. I don't know how any decent webshop would send you an item without confirming payment first, but whatever.
