Gaming God Eater 2 Patch 1.4 now out in Japan- anybody know where to download it online?

GE2's 1.4 patch is out in Japan finally, which includes the multiplayer functions and I'm guessing more costumes and quests. I searched around for a while, but all the downloads are for the last 1.3 patch.

It's a patch, not a game. Not illegal to patch a game with an official patch.
