Question GBAtemp.net Privacy Policy ?!

I understand what's writen there ..... but can anyone tell me why i ONLY have "YES" as an option for cookies?
If i dont want that it's there all the time and i can only accept it with YES to get it out of the way.

Is it only me or did i miss something?!

P.S. i dont think it is an "Option" if i only have a YES

Don't know if someone already explained this or not, but the reason for the cookie notice and being unable to say "No" is thanks to 'The Cookie Law.' Websites have to disclose that they use cookies if they do. Sites like GBATemp just have different wording. When it asks you if you're okay with using cookies, you never really have a choice.

his question is still legit.
it's asking a question, not telling "if you stay here, cookies will be used".
if there's a question "are you okay with that?" then yes/no should be available, and if the user answer no then an explanation should be given to the user saying he can't use the website without cookies due to the way authentication is working.
nowhere it's written that he should answer yes OR leave.

instead of a question, some websites are informing users "by continuing browsing this website, you agree that cookies will be used (to .. do whatever is needed)"
