I tried to logon on to GBAtemp at school only to find out it was blocked

. Is there any way to bypass
Websense? I've tried a bunch of proxies, but nearly all are blocked.

and so are alot of the proxies so I can't use that..
Funnily enough the mobile version of it works, so I can atleast read it.. Is it ever going to be made so you can post off it? That would be amazing since it works well on the Opera DS browser.

If wherever you go to school or work uses websense, you're probably screwed. Depending on how up to date it's kept.

Almost everything here is blocked, and if I do find one that isn't, it usually works for a day or two and then is blocked. I'm glad they haven't blocked this place yet.

First download xampp.
Install it, and then download PHProxy
Put the files in your htdocs folder and start your apache server with the xampp control panel.

At least that's how I always did it...

Or you could just host that on some free web server you find online.
It'll work better because your home connection probably isn't as fast as a server's.

I had to suffer with 98/2000 which had a nice glitch in the standard windows logon where you could do something like right click help go to print it and then open help file, type *.* before right clicking and opening whatever you liked (the disadvantage of having user logon initialised "security").
I assume there is nothing that simple in your case.

Other than that you could try tweaking the local DNS assuming to read a proxy site instead of [insert allowed but otherwise useless site] but then you are possibly in the realms of expulsion level hacking.

Oh and GBAtemp had a "mirror" at something like cosha.net once upon a time (it has been several months since I was last there and I recall cookies did not work: nothing a bit of effort with a cookie editor could probably dodge), I am unsure if it is still around but as cosha is a safety organisation.....
