Hacking Game lag/delay on custscenes, background and menus

Hi! I bought a second hand wii with serial number starting with LU 76, i play my backups from an 1T Adata HD 710 HDD WBFS format using the last update of USB Loader GX. There are not a lot of problems while playing but when a cutsecne plays there are video lags and delays but the audio keeps playing normally, this happens mainly on Metroid 3 Corruption on cutscenes, however, when i start the game the intro also lags but only the video is affected. On the other hand, the background scenes on Mario Kart have the same lag while the audio still plays fine but when i see the credits scene the game lags completly.

As far as i know there must not be trucha bugs on the oficial ios and there are missing cios on 222 and 223 plus my d2x are v6. I'm thinking running Pimp my wii to fix the Nintendo ios and install the Hermes cios plus instlalling the d2x v8 final, however maybe i'm missing something else. Maybe the main problem is the HDD? I'm running out of ideas.
