Sorry if this has been asked before but I could not find an "Official" GBATemp Review of the supercard lite. I was leaning torwards that but some say that the GBA functionality sucks. I'm mostly using it for NDS games but would still like to use it for GBA games time to time.

Thats because the SCLite is almost exactly the same as the rest of the SC lineup when it comes to the software side. It reads the card somewhat faster, giving you a speed boost in certain DS games, and it has marginally worse homebrew support. Other than that, you can go by the other reviews
