Hacking Freestyle Dash keeps crashing

Happens every once in awhile while playing it just shuts down for no reason. any reason behind this. the fan is running 100% and running games on usb 64gb drive external 3.0 i think

Is it a RGH or JTAG?
If it's a RGH, it's mostly due to wire placement.
Avoid the MOSFETs and reroute them.

Best thing to do is to get a HDD caddy (they're quite cheap) and a up to 2 TB 2.5inch HDD that's 7mm thick.

Then it's probably the USB that's faulty.
Try another port or stop using shoddy USB loading and go with an internal HDD.
Quicker, cheaper, more space and easier.

Not to mention you can load up original Xbox games then and DLC.

if i get another internal hd will it affect the software of the jtag . or can i install a 2nd one inside?

Just reinstall everything.
Also a nice opportunity to update it to the latest dash, latest dashlaunch etc.

And you can try out Aurora, which is perfect for backup loading.
