Gran Turismo Sport is basically "Gran Turismo 7 Prologue" that gives you the new stages, modes, physics, cars and whatnot to expect on the actual Gran Turismo 7. Forza 6 is a full-fledged game as it is without being a demo/prologue as Sport will be.
To be honest, Sony shouldn't charge the Prologue versions of Gran Turismo as there's not that much of replayability.
