No problem, FIX94 is the creator of this modded 0000002.app, asking to him by PM, he knows better than I do.

or you can use JoostinOnline program to auto-replace the .app
drag-drop the Wii channel on the executable, and it creates a vWii version automatically.

His program should be on his signature, on easily found on his website.

yes i did all that but, still wii mednafen refuses to boot.

If the forwarder's ID starts with one of these letter E, F, J, L, M, N, P, Q and maybe X, use a Wad editor to change the TitleID, and it will launch in 16:9 (otehrwise it will run in 4:3), without the need to go to HBC [Note by Cyan].

I made a new forwarder for RetroArch, using previous one as base, tested and working on Wii U.
This forwarder will boot RetroArch in 4:3 aspect ratio, it's not a bug, that's the reason why I create it, in order to get the closest image to the real ones.
If you don't like black borders don't use it, if you are pixel perfect kind of guy go for it!

I get the same issue with Mastershoes' Genesis Plus GX forwarder (the MegaDrive-themed version). Is it just some weird quirk with Mastershoes' forwarders specifically?

Hello.... Can someone convert this Wiimc Plus forwarder to work on vWii? to use SD and Usb:/wiimc-plus/boot.dol with ios 58, i made one but it runs with ios 36.. I don´t know why... In wii he runs fine usb and ios58

Don't install IOS below 200 NEVER, good thing it failed.
First show your syschek
Also not sure what you trying, IOS58 is installed by default, you don't need mess with it.
