Homebrew Flipnote Hatena server for DSi by pbsds

:0 pbsds sorry to bother u good sir but had one question is there a way i can make a flipnote server without an sd card yes or no i have the files and a text editor but :0 cant figure how to connect the port and proxy im guessing its impossible without an sd card
