No they don't. They even allowed to stores sell flashcards and hacked consoles.
I doubt that even 1% of the people here (in israel) know what is nintendo so they don't care.

When you want a good card with the most features, get a Supercard DSTwo plus. You get a GBA emulator, a SNES Emulator, A Video Player, RTS, Free Cheat and Guide Support. And 3DS Game Support, but you don't need this anymore because cfw's are better. When you don't need these Features or don't want to pay that much, buy a R4i 3DS Gold from r4ids.cn.
