I also tried kernels wood, but the same red menu error. I think theres someting wrong with r4.dat ew. r4itt.dat

What is more I have normal R4, I use it with my DS Lite and I never had any problem with this flashcart. This R4i Gold is so messy..

You have listed r4.dat/r4itt.dat, does that mean you have both these dat files on your card?

In this website was r4itt.dat but I remember I also downloaded a firmware with r4.dat - no one worked ;//

Take the r4.dat off your card, that should work then.

Well you have all of the kernel download on your card now, so what happens now when you try to use it (on your DSLite)?

The only thing i can think of is to redownload the kernel again just to make sure your download didn't get corrupted.

ok reading this made me almost go mad
lets establish a few things first

Firmware is how the card responds to console, if it is blocked etc
Kernel is the Menu and game compatibility

the Menu? is the fact the card cannt find the kernel
this is your cards kernel

R4ids.cn stuff will never work for you card so remove it from your SD card

this is the Firmware for your card

after the update has been run (as you would a nds game) then the card will work on 3DS 4.5.0-10)
but as your issue is the Kernel get that sorted first

if you have done the following and still get Menu?
then your SD card isnt being read in the slot
if your fomatting it with windows then your gonna have a bad time
use the SD Panasonic formatter here

after all this if still Menu? then the SD card slot on teh card is faulty, send it back and get a refund or a better card like a R4ids.cn R4iGold card

Now I reminded that I used this program 2 years ago to format my SD for my NDSL =)

Doesnt work at all - the same error. I have formatted using all three options.
I dont think so it is a faulty slot because when the SD card isnt inserted the DS Lite shows another 'blue' error: "No Card", it is sure.. So what the hell is going on?

Nope but I think theres something with the R4IMenu file.. I cant find it.
I am looking for each possible version cause thats the interface menu

This file could not be downloaded from the website written on my flashcart but in instruction I should copy this to SD card

"1.Download Kernel and Game
By using TF card reader, connect the TF card with computer, open the memu.
a. Upload game kernel: Copy the R4.DAT file to your TF card. - done
b. Upload video kernel: Copy the Moonshl2 to your TF card. - done
c. Upload DIY Interface function: Copy the R4IMenu to your TF card ." - where's it?

you can try RGF's Kernel as that will be better than the one with the card

theres 2 different cards, try both of the bellow methods to see if it works then
your card could be there older one which uses iLL.iL instead of R4i.dat

ok so assumed RGF Kernel worked

it should be good to go
make sure you dont use patched games or you will get -4 errors
new games until an update is released will -4 error also

-4 error means the game ID cannot be found in the infolib.dat file so it wont load

keep an eye on the thread for it for updates etc
