you can select between, full screen (original aspect ratio), original size(small screen with a gamegear image border) and stretched to fit the full screen

nope, the Gameboy ones don't really have any options, but there are 2 button combo's that give extra settings

don't know why they didn't just add them into the options like the game gear VC games

Sega seems to put more effort into the options you get with these ports.
