Gaming Federation Force get Black Screen on Region Free Launcher

I have tried multiple times with no luck. Using in a N3DSXL(JP) trying to boot US ROM on a SKY3DS+ through HBL using the SuperMysteryChunkHax exploit on a virgin 11.0.

I can say that the rom is not a bad dump cuz played just fine on my brother's US 3DSXL.
