Homebrew FCE Ultra GX: Can I use a Custom Color Palette?

Specifically I want to use this one.

It's .pal file, but I don't think FCE stores these anywhere where you swap your own.

Can this be done or is it a pipe-dream?

You can do this only with Nestopia (retroarch)

By the way, Nestopia have this palette to you choose without any .pal file.
BUUUUUT, some here on gba temp made a mod version of FCEULTRA GX with the option to play with this palette.
