Hacking Error 007-2001

Right, I couldn't find much about this, and what I did find, I didn't really understand too well

I successfully region-swapped an emuNAND from EUR to JPN, I then updates the emuNAND to 9.6.0-24J through rxTools, but I have a bit of a problem.

Miiverse works, friendlist works, e-shop doesnt. Thats agiven, most users dont have a working eShop just yet, but they get different error codes. I'm getting 007-2001, can anyone help me diagnose this error code and also is there a way to fix it?

1. Prepare 3 SD cards with emuNAND:

• Card A has EU emuNAND and a European NNID.
• Card B has EU emuNAND and no NNID
• Card C has JP emuNAND and a Japanese NNID

2. Insert card A and open the eShop. (Log in or create an NNID if you haven't yet)
3. Exit emuNAND and switch to card B
4. Open the eShop on card B. It will fail with an error message.
5. Switch your 3DS off
6. Insert card C and it should work fine

Off topic but did you ever fix your semi-bricked n3ds?

It fixed itself once (literally fixed itself, I did nothing), then broke again when I connected it to its NAND mod to try to dump the working NAND. This makes me think that the NAND mod is somehow the problem, although I cannot fathom how.
